A Kanga terracotta tile roof restoration will generally consist of the following.

All broken, cracked or chipped tiles replaced.

Roof cleaned with high pressure cleaning equipment.

Any leaks attended to.

Valleys replaced as required.

Rebed.

Pointing.

Apply moss treatment.

Clean 6 spare tiles.

Job complete.  A restoration like this on an average size home will usually take 3 days.
